'Supporting providers of further education and training in delivering quality-assured programmes and services to learners

Services include
·         Preparing  submissions to achieve FETAC registered provider status (agreement of trainer’s quality assurance policies and procedures)
·         Preparing for FETAC monitoring visits/desk-monitoring
·         Drawing up Programme Descriptors
·         Coordinating provider’s FETAC Assessment process (Internal Verification, External Authentication and Results Approval Panel meeting)
·         Recruiting, selecting and training/inducting tutors to meet FETAC standards
·         Devising assessment briefs, marking schemes and assessment plans
·         Auditing providers quality assurance management system to ensure compliance with FETAC guidelines and compiling self-evaluation reports required by FETAC
·         Attending FETAC briefings (most are now compulsory for providers) on behalf of provider and preparing action plans for provider based on information provided at briefings
